For over 60 years the Schantz family has built custom trailers and trucks for the food industry. Their knowledge and experience in the metal fabrication process is second to none. In 2016 the Schantz family opened Schantz Custom Fabrication, headed up by Zach Schantz now a 4th generation owner. SCF has one goal and that is to provide quality custom metal fabricated parts into many different industries such as; dirt and pavement racing, ATV/UTV, motorcycle, sport  and diesel truck.

Zach Schantz has grown up racing quarter midgets, motorcycles and now UMP dirt modifieds. He has designed and built most every aspect of his race car from the chassis to the engine himself. He can mig and tig weld all types of material including the tig welding of titanium with superior quality and appearance. Zach can also run and program cnc milling and turning machines, tube bending machines as well as sheet metal brakes and punch presses. He can design parts and assemblies in Autodesk inventor as well as Fusion 360 and perform FEA stress analyses on critical performance demanding parts.
