Over 60 Years Of Custom Metal Fabrication
The Schantz family began building custom trailers and trucks for the food industry over 60 years ago. With decades of experience, the Schantz family saw a need for custom designed parts in a variety of other markets. Schantz Custom Fabrication was founded in 2016 with the goal to provide high-quality, customized, metal-fabricated parts that could serve a variety of industries. The Schantz family looked to 4th generation owner, Zach Schantz, to take the lead at SCF and bring his vision and passion for metalwork into expertly designed performance parts and assemblies. The long history in metalwork and level of expertise Zach brings to SCF has allowed the family business to expand and service industries such as aftermarket racing products, dirt, and pavement racing parts and accessories, suspension components, ATVs/UTVs, motorcycles, sports, and diesel truck parts.
Growing up racing, Zach built almost every aspect of his cars himself. He brings that same range of skill and knowledge to his business, from MIG and TIG welding (including TIG welding of titanium with superior quality and appearance), CNC milling and turning, and tube bending. The range of services this custom fabrication shop offers provides a creative, precise, and efficient process to design and build components to the strictest of tolerances. SCF is an engineering and design-focused company with the ability to problem-solve your custom parts using Autodesk Inventor and Fusion 360. With so many proficiencies and in-house capabilities, Schantz can provide a budget-friendly custom part or assembly with the promise of on-time delivery.
