Manufacturing NASCAR-Grade Performance Racing Parts
SCF knows a thing or two about the integrity of motorsports. Not all our customers are NASCAR teams, but that doesn’t mean they don’t require NASCAR-grade racing parts and accessories. That’s why our company is proud to serve all teams, from the Saturday night racer to full-time professionals. Being racers ourselves, we understand the motivation to never stop developing better parts that increase speed and win more races. SCF designs and builds many parts for our own use. The core of any form of racing is innovation and never-ending part evolution. If you’re not trying new things and pushing the envelope, you’re not moving forward.
Design & Modification of Pavement, Dirt Track, & Circle Track Racing Parts
SCF may regularly produce custom automotive parts and replacement racing components from scratch, but our expert staff is also capable of performing component modifications and crash recovery for midget cars, ATVs, UTVs, and other dirt track and pavement racing applications.
From suspension systems and brakes to engine components and other modified racing gear, our company has the in-house technology and engineering skills necessary to modify and straighten most any kind of chassis, assembly, or component. We know what it takes to meet your dirt track or pavement racing needs. We work hard to ensure these projects remain budget-friendly and are consistently completed on time. SCF is a proud U.S. source for custom fabricated parts for all forms of racing.
Machining Types & Capabilities
High-Speed Machining (HSM) & Milling
We offer high-speed machining, a speed and feed recipe that utilizes light cutting passes with high spindle speed and feed rates to achieve high metal removal. This technique is effective for machining intricate core and cavity geometries, mold making, and complex aircraft structural components from solid blocks of material. HSM is extremely cost-effective and can ensure the lowest per-part cost industry-wide.
Schantz uses the latest in industry technology software — AutoDesk Fusion 360, AutoDesk Inventor, AutoCad, and Solidworks — to provide precision fabrication and customization of each project. This technology allows Schantz to provide fully operational, reliable parts by utilizing stress analysis software to ensure a quality production piece upon delivery.
Schantz offers prototyping and machining services to produce a functional, production-quality prototype when required. Using manufacturing methods including CNC milling, turning, and some forms of sheet metal, SCF can deliver an exact part from the proper material that is fully operational to be used for form, fit, and functional testing.
On-Time and On-Budget
With all of these capabilities and more under one roof, Schantz takes pride in delivering precise, efficient products with respect to both your schedule and your budget. Because you’ve decided to work with us for all your metal fabrication needs, we pledge to work with you.
